How it works

  1. Pick the product line and currency. See the live quote build as you configure.
  2. Configure sites / users, the bundle (Essentials → Enterprise), add-ons, deployment tier (Hopbox Cloud / Dedicated / BYOC / Self-Hosted) and term length.
  3. Add your company details for the agreement.
  4. Review the draft Statement of Work and submit. A Service Agreement record is created in Hopbox's system; an account manager reviews, counter-signs and contacts you within 2 business days.
  5. Onboarding starts after both signatures and the first invoice clears.
Indian-built, Indian-billed

Sold and supported by Unmukti Technology Pvt Ltd (GSTIN issued in India). Hopbox-managed cloud hosted in India by default; US region available for US customers. Self-hosted and BYOC options when residency requires it.

Open core, escape hatch built in

The endpoint agent is GPL; the server is AGPL with a dual licence for Self-Hosted customers who don't want copyleft propagation. Lock-in is commercial, not technical — you can take your data and your config and walk.

No surprise renewals

Rates are locked for the full commit term. Annual price escalator capped at 7% at renewal. Smart Pack customers can downgrade to a smaller pack at renewal if you've shrunk. Full clauses appear on your draft SOW.
